After founding LNB Custom Design in 2009, Nils had the opportunity to create Bjelde Construction; a commercial & residential remodeling & renovation company. His passion to create practical and motivated solutions for those around him has driven him to deliver exceptional results all 43 years that he has been in the industry. “I get to use my God-given talents to create things that people both want and need.
KEVIN BROWN
Kevin Brown is the Production Manager at Bjelde Construction. He has been in the construction industry for 38 years in positions from skilled laborer to construction superintendent for commercial construction projects. His technical understanding for all facets of construction, in tangent with his eye for detail, make him the perfect candidate to work with Bjelde Construction’s clients.
KIM SMALLWOOD
Kim is the office manager for LNB Enterprises. She has been responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, while offering top-tier customer service to LNB’s numerous clients for the last three years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends!
JIM SCOTT
Jim Scott is the Design Consultant at Bjelde Construction. Jim has been in the construction industry for 39 years, 20 of which he owned and operated his own successful remodeling company. After moving to Phoenix in 2005 with his wife and kids, he continued to pursue his passion and amassed numerous prestigious sales and design awards. As a thorough communicator and forward-thinking designer consultant, Jim continuously helps Bjelde’s clients turn their dreams into reality. In his free time he enjoys gardening and spending time with his wife, Beth, their four children, and 9 grandchildren!
BETH SCOTT
Beth Scott is the Interior Design Consultant at Bjelde Construction. With over 20 years of experience in the interior design and remodeling industry, her passion for bringing visions to life to create beautiful, functional spaces has set her apart from others in the industry. When Beth isn’t creating solutions and bringing interior design ideas to fruition, she enjoys spending time with her four children, nine grandchildren, and cooking with her husband, Jim!
